First, check if you’re eligible for the Washington State Higher Education Residency Affidavit. 如果符合以下条件，您可能有资格提交居留誓章:

You may qualify for In State or Out of State tuition by submitting eligible citizenship 供审查的文件. 本文档可能包括但不限于:
